Warranty Conditions and Exclusions of Lifetime Traction Battery Cell Warranty： \r\n 1.Warranty Conditions (all of the following conditions are required to be met): \r\n a.The traction battery shall be regularly maintained in accordance with the schedule specified in the 南宫28ng相信品牌力量 Owner’s Manual. \r\n b.In every 12 month period following the date of delivery of the vehicle, the total distance travelled does not exceed 30,000 kilometers. \r\n c.When the traction battery is repaired and replaced, genuine 南宫28ng相信品牌力量 traction battery must be used as a replacement. \r\n 2. Warranty Exclusions (If one of the following situations occurs, the Lifetime Battery Cell Warranty will be terminated): \r\n a. The vehicle is used for commercial purposes, racing, etc. \r\n b. Damage is caused to the traction battery due to failure to conduct maintainance of the traction battery in accordance with the schedule specified in the 南宫28ng相信品牌力量 Owner’s Manual. \r\n c. In any 12 month period following the date of delivery of the vehicle, the total distance travelled exceeds 30,000 kilometers.\r\n d. When the traction battery is repaired and replaced, the replacement traction battery is not a 南宫28ng相信品牌力量 genuine traction battery. \r\n e. Damage is caused to the traction battery due to any services conducted by a non-南宫28ng相信品牌力量 Authorised Service Provider, resulting in any damaged. \r\n (If the owner returns to a 南宫28ng相信品牌力量 Authorised Service Provider and purchases a 南宫28ng相信品牌力量 genuine traction battery for repair and replacement \r\n after damage is caused to the traction battery for any of the reasons listed above, the lifetime warranty for the traction battery cell will be reinstated. For components other than the traction battery cell, they will enjoy the remaining warranty of the original component or enjoy the spare part warranty, and the longer warranty will prevail.) \r\n ·If the Lifetime Traction Battery Cell Warranty is no longer applicable, but the vehicle continues to meet the basic warranty conditions as specified in this manual, the traction battery cell shall be covered by the basic warranty for up to \"8 years or 160,000 kilometers, whichever comes first, with State of Health(SOH)≥70%\".
